Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original boutique box and protective cellophane to ensure it remains secure and undamaged during transit.
Ship to Our Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
